The Bethany Project Children’s
Home and School
We
are
also
very
grateful
for
the
volunteers
who
travel
from
the
UK
to
spend
time
at
Bethany.
Many
volunteers
stay
for
around
two
weeks,
although
some
stay
longer.
During
their
time
with
us,
volunteers
may
help
at
the
school,
often
assisting
with
English
teaching
and
other
activities,
while
also
spending
time
getting
to
know the children and experiencing life at Bethany home.
For
many
volunteers,
their
visit
becomes
much
more
than
a
two-
week
trip.
Having
seen
Bethany
and
met
the
children
for
themselves,
many
return
home
with
a
lasting
connection
to
the
project and become regular supporters.
We
are
very
thankful
for
every
volunteer
who
has
given
their
time, energy and friendship to Bethany.
OUR UK VOLUNTEERS
Although
we
are
made
up
of
people
in
different
places,
with
different
responsibilities
and
different
ways
of
supporting
Bethany,
we
are
one
team
with
one
purpose
–
to
give
vulnerable
children
a
safe,
loving
environment,
a
good
education
and
the
opportunity to build a brighter future.
Thank you to everyone who is part of the Bethany family.
